Ukodhiko congratulates AIG Ogbaudu at 70

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, House of Representatives Candidate for Isoko Federal Constituency, Engr Jonathan Ukodhiko has congratulated retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Barrister Felix Ogbaudu on his 70th birth anniversary.
Ukodhiko in a statement on Tuesday at his hometown in Otor-Igho, described Ogbaudu as “a worthy Isoko son who distinguished himself as one of Nigeria’s most outstanding and dedicated police officers “
According to him , “Barrister Ogbaudu remains an epitome of professionalism, character, bravery, security intelligence, competence, and purposeful leadership.
“I still recall his sterling leadership of the Anambra State Police Command, bequeathing an imperishable legacy of policing with a human face, seeing to a proactive security intelligence in the State Command.
“His act of bravery and commitment to a saner and safer Anambra State, saw him as Police Commissioner leading the famous raid of the dreaded Okija shrine in 2004 leading to the arrest of 40native doctors and the discovering of 70 dead human bodies and skulls.
“And as Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Zone 7 in-charge of the FCT, Abuja, the States of Niger and Kaduna, he provided exemplary leadership for all officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force.
“He didn’t only ensured strict compliance to ethics and standards of police force but strengthened its operational capacities which saw to the bursting of crimes in the Zone,”
The former Delta Energy Commissioner, Engr Ukodhiko commended Ogbaudu for his immeasurable contributions to the Nation’s policing system, nay, nation building.
“On behalf of my family, friends and political associates, I congratulate you, Barrister Felix Ogbaudu for turning the age of 70, and we pray to God to grant you more good health to continue to be of service to our motherland”, Ukodhiko added
